Equipment

All members are assigned their own Ford Crown Victoria. All members are also issued their own radar and laser units. Three of the traffic unit members are issued Harley Davidson Road Kings. Before utilizing the motorcycles all members were required to attend and pass an eighty-hour training class sponsored by Harley Davidson and the Northwest Institute. The motorcycles are also equipped with a laser unit.
