Manchester Police Activities League

The Police Activities League (PAL) is a non-profit organization that provides after school activities for Manchester youth. It was created in 1992 to establish better relations between Police Officers, Manchester residents, and the youth of the community. PAL's purpose is to help our youth form positive attitudes through their involvement in worthwhile activities that improve the quality of their lives.
